Family Life Ministry at Zion

The Family Life Ministry is a new ministry to support families and their faith journey.

Zion Lutheran Story Time

We meet Tuesdays at 10:00am in the Ark at Zion Lutheran. The Ark room is on the upstairs level and has a Noah’s Ark painted on the door. We have open play for about half an hour, then a story and craft/activity…Plus a light snack! So invite a friend and come along! Free. Questions? Family Life Offers List of Family Activities

Zion's Family Life Ministry has compiled a list of things to do and resources for families in Ann Arbor and the surrounding area. You can download the Family Activity List here.

Family Life Ministry collecting items for young mothers

The Family Life Ministry is collecting new and gently used materials to be given to young, pregnant girls in the local area. Items that are especially needed are:

  • Maternity clothes
  • Baby formula or baby food
  • Diapers
  • Clothing and blankets, and anything else you might normally give a new baby.

A collection box is near the Tower entrance. Please talk to Jennifer Bergman if you have questions.

Cradle Roll

We’re looking for someone to coordinate our Cradle Roll. What would you do? Obtain a list from the business manager of families with children who are newborn through age 3. Each month or quarter, mail (use the church office postage machine) to the families the wonderful material which is already purchased and ready to go! Interested? Have questions?
